Negative HPT & IUI

You might find it hard to wait till you can have the results of your IUI. In these cases, you may try to get a home pregnancy test. While home pregnancy tests are very accurate, it might give you a false negative result if you try it before the two weeks wait. The false-negative can be because there are only traces of HCG in the urine at this point of time and not detectable by the home pregnancy test. It is best to bear through the two-week test before using the home pregnancy test.
