In what cases is MACS indicated?

Magnetic Activated Cell Sorting is indicated for patients undergoing artificial insemination and have a high level of DNA fragmentation in their sperm sample. Also, patients with repeated miscarriages with an unidentified cause; and have had at least one previous treatment cycle without a successful result. Also, patients with poor embryo quality which is not attributable to the eggs, can also opt for MACS. Per se, any individual looking for assisted reproduction can opt for MACS, if they so choose to.
